HAPPY FATHER’S DAY
On this special day,
I wish all the good men out there HAPPY FATHER'S DAY

To all the good men:
Struggling to make a living through genuine means
In order to provide the daily bread of their families,
Pay all the utility bills of the month,
Pay the monthly rent to extortionist landlords,
Pay exorbitant school fees together with extra classes, excursion and so many hidden fees of their children,
Pay medical bills of their family members, aging parents and in-laws,
Working daily in the scorching sun, roaming and hawking in the streets of cities and towns,
Boarding all sorts of dilapidated vehicles selling drugs and preaching,
Working at industrial setups with low safety conditions...
Some are working in the mortuaries carrying and dissecting corpses in order to earn a decent living..
Some go deep into galamsey pits and insecure mine shafts as well as fishing on deep seas..
Most of your efforts go unrewarded and unappreciated yet you keep on keeping on..
All these pressures of life together with higher occupational hazards contribute greatly to your early deaths as compared to your female counterparts

I also salute all the good, responsible men who are thinkers:
Pastors, Academicians and researchers
Doctors, bankers, businessmen, mechanics,
Drivers and truck pushers...
Yes! men who are continuous students and learners

But in all these never give up. May God bless all men with long life, wisdom success and fulfilled lives

God bless all real men. Keep on and never give up.
